As of this month, Slack boasts around 38.8 million daily active users and an estimated 65 million monthly active users. The platform, which has become a central hub for business communication, is also utilized by over 750,000 organizations, including 77% of Fortune 100 companies.
On Wednesday morning, users experienced disruptions in service, with many reporting issues accessing the app. Slack has since acknowledged the outage, stating that their engineers are investigating the cause. A representative from Slack apologized for the inconvenience, assuring users that the issue would be resolved as quickly as possible.
